Computer Application Technologies have been widely studied and are becoming an important, emerging area in the field of Applied Information Technologies, Computer Science, and Information engineering. In general, computer application technologies can be useful to promote human life and activities as software application. And also, their technologies are promising technologies to enhance their performance in e-commerce, e-learning, e-business and e-government and all kind of electronic activities in our lives. We solicit papers on all aspects of computer application technologies, including but not limited to:

These issues are being explored by researchers from different communities in Computer Application Technologies. The goal of this workshop is to bring together researchers from these communities to learn about each other's approaches, form long-term collaborations, and cross-fertilize the different areas to accelerate progress towards scaling up to larger and more realistic applications.

We encourage submission in JPCATS style format. (Download from the JPCATS home page: http://jpcats.net/event/zenkoku8/sample_zenkoku.doc). All submissions must include the author's name(s), affiliation, complete mailing address, phone number, fax number and email address. All papers must be submitted in PDF format.
The workshop is soliciting Full papers (4 pages), and Short papers (2 pages) on all aspects of the above research areas. Submitted papers will be evaluated on significance, originality, technical quality, and exposition. They should clearly establish the research contribution. All accepted papers will be provided an oral presentation at the workshop.
Multiple submission policy for papers: Papers that are being submitted to other conferences, whether verbatim or in essence, must reflect this fact on the title page. Each paper needs to be reviewed by at least three PC members or experts in the field.
IWCAT 2013 Proceedings will be published by JPCATS.
