Following the two successful International Workshops on Computer Application Technologies (IWCAT) 2013 and 2014, the International Conference on Computer Application Technologies (CCATS) is a first international conference to promote all aspects of computer application and information technologies. All papers will be peer reviewed and accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings to be published by CPS. The conference proceedings will be submitted to be indexed by EI, INSPEC, DBLP and Thomson ISI. Also, selected papers will be invited to some following post-conference publications.
